The PhD thesis entitled “Performance Measurement of Workplace Change in Two Different Cultural” was a starting of my interest in workplace design and management field. This thesis includes information on the significance of workplace change, performance measurement and cultural contexts. I wish this study is beneficial to those who work and study in facility and real estate management.
